A note about product pricing and availability:
Please be advised, we do our best to update our products and pricing regularly. However, sometimes our vendors discontinue colors, sizes and styles without our knowledge. Additionally, on items we don't regularly stock, we are not always aware of price increases. Therefore, our current prices and styles may be incorrect on occasion. If you place an order for products whose information is not current, at the time of your order we will immediately notify you of this. At that time, you will be given the option of cancelling your order or choosing another item.
Return & Exchange Policy:
If you receive an order and are dissatisfied, please e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you. Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will issue an authorization number to be included in your package. Do not ship the package to us until you have this number. If your merchandise is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Any item returned to us must be in its original condition, unused. It must have tags attached and contain all original documents and packaging. All returns must include the original receipt, and must be received within 14 days of issuance of authorization number.
All returned merchandise must be in "as-new" condition. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item was defective. If you are making an exchange because you want a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Waggs to Riches accepts returns for store credit only on unused or defective merchandise. Upon confirmation of your original order and receipt of the return in its original condition, a Store Credit Memo will be e-mailed to you for your records. Your store credit is valid for one year and is based upon the purchase price.
We will accept returns once per item. If you need to return an item more than once, a $10.00 fee will apply. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted--including sale items, special orders and custom or personalized items. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, thus COD items or postage due returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

* All special orders and sale items are sold on a "Final Sale" basis and may not be returned or exchanged
Return Procedures:
1) You MUST contact us for return authorization number.
2) Please indicate the reason for your return on the "original" packing slip and enclose with the merchandise you are returning.
3) Return the unused product in its original packaging with all accompanying materials (instructions, etc.)
4) For your protection we suggest you insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
5) Your return must be postmarked within 14 days (commencing from the date you receive your order).

Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Please note that items sent directly from our suppliers and designers may take additional time. Orders are shipped within the 48 contiguous states only. For Alaska, Hawaii and international shipment please contact us at
info@waggstoriches.com or (561) 272-8100. All in-stock items ship within 72 hours of the confirmation of your purchase. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. The couriers we use are insured and traceable.
We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days. If an item becomes unavailable or is backordered, we will contact you immediately. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date and accurate. We ask our customers to please provide shipping addresses that can accept Fed Ex and UPS shipments.

For security reasons, we will not ship to post office boxes. All shipments require street address. Please be sure that you provide us with the correct mailing address at the time of your order. If items have to be reshipped because they were refused or unclaimed due to insufficient address provided by you, then you will be billed shipping costs. In order to offer our wide selection of merchandise, some items are shipped from different sources and shipped in separate packages via Federal Express or UPS.
